- Sintering of Nylon -

The sintering of nylon permit to realize particulars of good dimensional quality and very good mechanical characteristics. It is the best solution if the project doesn’t require any specific aesthetical results. The clients that require pieces of big dimensions are always more; thanks to this machine it is possible to realize and make the final piece having mechanical characteristics superior than these of the pieces realized in two parts.

 

Classic Sintering of Nylon

You get good details and good surfaces. These prototypes can be used for objects that must overcome several cycles, with high applied load, thanks to the consistency, performance and flexibility of these materials. The prototypes can be painted and even metallic. The pieces are biocompatible about ISO standard.

       

 

Reinforced Nylon

Through the reinforcement we can obtain better prototypes about structural point of view, with higher working temperatures and high stiffness. Can be used for mechanical tests and are perfect to be processed. We can use the glass fibers (GF) or aluminum fiber (AL).
