The lost wax micro-casting permits to realize parts with very complex geometries and without any bonds of form or design. In the traditional foundry it is necessary to pay attention to some parameters as core inside the plaster. By micro vacuum casting all the things are more simple because it is not necessary to pay attention to this parameters: the piece created with the wax is the piece that will be obtained of metal casting.

Thanks to vacuum casting and to shape the withdrawal of the jet, the pieces obtained have excellent characteristics. The major part of the normal fusion flaws is absent thanks to the system of vacuum casting.
